  香港 公司办理完毕后，接下来的工作就是开立银行帐户，香港政府并没有要求企业必须开立银行帐户，企业可以根据自己的实际情况决定是否 开立银行帐户。 香港企业注册管理中心 会尽力协助客户开设银行帐号。

    离岸帐户： 对企业而言，本地帐户指的是香港企业在香港本地银行开立的帐户；离岸帐户指的是香港企业在香港地区以外的银行开立的帐户，比如，香港企业在深圳、上海、马来西亚、美国开立的帐户，就叫离岸帐户。

  上海浦发银行开户情况：

银行开户资料： 董事的身份证正本 / 商业登记证正本 / 注册证书正本 / 公司章程正本一本（英文版） / 公司印章 / 会议记录正本 / 会计师签署的开户文件

董事亲临银行签名： 无论香港本地帐号或是国内离岸帐号，银行为了保障股东利益，都要求所有董事亲临银行签名，所以，在注册时， 香港企业注册管理中心专业人员 会提醒客户必须注意有关所担任公司董事及股东是否能够亲临银行签名。

国内离岸帐号受汇管限制不能存入现金；离岸帐号开出的支票只限制同城使用。

您向上海浦东发展银行申请开立离岸账户前，请仔细阅读《离岸账户协议》、填写《离岸帐户开户申请》。

Before you apply for an Offshore Account in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank ， please read 《 OFFSHORE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT 》 at first, and then fill out 《 OFFSHORE ACCOUNT APPLICATION 》。

填妥《离岸帐户开户申请》后，请连同有关证明文件提交上海浦东发展银行离岸业务部申请开户。具体要求提交的文件如下：

五、重要事项（ Important Notice ）

1 、所有提交的公司文件均应为正本原件，如无法提交正本原件，可提供经我行认可的执业会计师行 / 执业律师行见证的副本，或我行认可的往来银行见证的副本，或由中国驻当地大使馆见证副本，或委托我行办理查册。

All produced company documents should be originals, or true copies which were certified by a firm of accountants/solicitors accepted by us, or verified by our correspondent Bank, local China Embassy. Otherwise, you are required to entrust our bank to take a particular company search.

2 、如受任董事为公司法人，则另需提交该公司的注册证明书、商业登记证、公司组织章程等相关文件以及公司授权签署人决议书和签署人身份证或护照。

Should a Corporate Director be appointed, then a Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate, Memorandum and Articles of Association and any amending resolutions, the Corporate Resolution from the Corporate Directors specifying the Authorized Signatories who have the power to act for them and Signatory's Identity Cards or Passports will also need to be submitted.

3 、所有提交的公司文件均应为英文版，如为非英文版，需由我行认可的翻译机构进行翻译。

All produced company documents should be English version. In the case of non-English version, it needs to be translated in English by the translation organization specified by our bank)

4 、根据中国人民银行规定，离岸账户非居民法人最低存款为等值 5 万美元的可自由兑换货币，非居民自然人最低存款为等值 1 万美元的可自由兑换货币。不接受现钞存款，不接受人民币存款。

According to regulations of the Pepole's Bank of China, the minimum deposit for corporation is USD 50,000.00 or other equivalent exchangeable currency, for individual is USD 10,000.00 or other exchangeable equivalent currency. Neither cash deposit nor RMB deposit is acceptable.

5 、如我行对提交的公司文件有疑义，我行有权办理查册

In the procedure of verifying company documents, our bank reserve the right to take any particular company search.

6 、开立账户后，开户公司有义务将任何有关公司的更改事项通知我行

Please notify our bank of any subsequent changes after the account has been opened
